Business Development Manager - Dubai Branch

Al Manarah Insurance Services - Dubai Branch, a company of Chedid Capital Group, is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager that will focus on driving new business, managing a strong sales pipeline, and delivering tailored insurance solutions, with a particular emphasis on the SME segment. Responsibilities Introduce new leads to the company and ensure their effective conversion into prospects and clients Analyze prospects and clients’ needs and requirements Design and propose suitable insurance programs and solutions Lead negotiations and ensure successful deal closing Cross-sell additional and new lines of business to existing prospects and clients Manage and maintain a personal pipeline of leads and prospects, ensuring continuous development Provide regular (monthly) reporting on pipeline development and business progress Develop a strong understanding of the domestic insurance market, including product scope, pricing comparisons, and insurers’ responsiveness and service quality (including claims handling) Stay abreast of global insurance industry developments and assess their potential impact on the domestic market Implement related policies and procedures in line with company standards Contribute to the preparation of reports for management and business tracking purposes Coach and support team members to ensure optimal performance (where applicable) Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in sales in UAE or GCC markets in General and Medical Insurance Fluent in English and Arabic
