Human Resources Manager

We are hiring a Human Resource Manager Job Location - Dubai Salary - AED 16000 + UAE labour benefits + bonus Role Description We are urgently looking for an experienced HR Manager with a minimum of 5 years of mandatory experience in a Dubai-based construction company . Manage end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and MOHRE regulations. Handle payroll coordination, attendance, leave management, and employee records. Manage employment contracts, visas, renewals, and other HR documentation. Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and disciplinary actions. Coordinate with project managers and site teams to meet workforce requirements. Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate employee databases. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of HR Manager experience in a Dubai-based construction company ( mandatory ). Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and MOHRE procedures. Proven experience in construction workforce management and recruitment. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
