Description

Responsibilities include identifying reasons for disruptions and providing fixes and solutions for seamless execution of transactions. Meeting clients at regular intervals to educate and influence digitization, conducting insight reviews, volume analysis, query analysis, and providing solutions. Ensuring client data confidentiality and providing personalized service for Trade Clients. Providing backup for other Premium Service Managers and monitoring prioritization of Trade Priority clients’ transactions to achieve targeted TAT. Providing quarterly feedback to clients on transaction flow, frequent queries, and suggestions to reduce TAT. Meeting customers to gain feedback and suggestions on improvement, increasing proactive communication to clients to reduce dependency on the Bank. Ensuring timely action on queries raised by the Trade Processing team with clients and relevant internal stakeholders. Monitoring TD queue to ensure transactions are handled within 30 minutes and following up with stakeholders for pending transactions. Ensuring optimal utilization of staff and proper planning for seamless service delivery, including planned leaves and backups. Providing ongoing training for staff on DOI, process upgrades, and product-related training while maintaining high motivation levels. Encouraging staff participation in C3 and CSR activities, upholding the values of the Group and Company, and ensuring compliance with all applicable rules, regulations, and policies. Identifying risks continually and deriving mitigants, complying with Group and Local Sanctions Policies, and displaying exemplary conduct. Managing clients, key stakeholders, country offices, regulators, superiors, peers, and subordinates effectively. Encouraging continuous improvement initiatives, converting opportunities into tangible results, and improving digital penetration.

Skills and Experiences required include Trade Knowledge, Client Service, General Banking, Email Skills, Computer/Microsoft Office Skills, and strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications include experience in handling Trade Services/Trade Operations with advanced Trade Product Knowledge, an undergraduate degree, a thorough understanding of ICC rules, local laws, legal risks, and operational risks, and experience working in Trade products such as Collections, Letters of Credit, Guarantees/SBLC, Open account financing/Receivable Purchases (Factoring), and Islamic Trade. ICC Certifications such as CDCS and CSDG will be an added advantage.
