Warehouse Operation Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced warehouse operation supervisor to join our logistics team. As part of our team in Dubai, you'll work in an ONSITE environment where you will lead daily warehouse activities, focusing on inventory management, team supervision, and ensuring efficient processes throughout each shift. Your leadership and attention to detail will drive our warehousing excellence. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate all daily warehouse operational activities, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping. Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve productivity and safety targets. Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and system updates. Oversee the implementation and adherence to safety and security procedures. Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve any operational issues. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to warehouse operations. Must Have Requirements Proven experience (3+ years) in warehouse supervision or management. Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics procedures. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Ability to effectively use warehouse management systems (WMS) and standard office software. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Fluency in English. Nice To Have Requirements Experience working in dynamic or international warehouse environments. Knowledge of lean warehouse practices and process improvement methodologies.
